Using the "Response" Form
Uploading Files
You can use the "Browse" buttons within the upload form to upload any images or files that you would like to include in, or attach to, your message.
Your uploaded images and files will be stored in your personal online file repository, from which they can be inserted into your message or kept in your online folder for later selection and reference.
Once you have uploaded your images or files, you can insert them within the text of the editor and/or include them as attachments.
You can simply select any image or file from your folder, using the attachment selection panel below the editor, and these will be attached to the message.
As many images or files as you wish can be attached, and you can delete items from your list of attachments using the "Delete" button associated with each item.
To insert images within the text of your message, simply use the “Insert Image” button in the editor toolbar - see below:
You can also insert tables, icons, symbols, links and many other items as in a standard word processor.
To insert the file within the text of the message use the "Insert Link" button in the editor toolbar - see below:
NOTE:
It is also possible to upload images to your online folder directly through the "Insert Image" or "Insert Link" functions (mentioned above) in the Editor. When the Image or Link Properties dialog box is open, click the "Browse Server" button and a dialog box will open allowing you to access and edit your personal storage folder, create subfolders, rename and delete items, etc…
