The Mission & Activities Of The Institute of Cosmological Economics

The primary mission of the Institute of Cosmological Economics is to engage in and promote ongoing research into the field of Cosmological Economics, and to develop new technologies and publications based upon this cutting edge economic theory. Seen from our perspective, financial markets are fundamentally influenced by natural and mathematical laws. With a deeper understanding of the synergistic interrelatedness of universal elements and mass social patterns, a more integrated scientific tradition will be born, capable of producing technologies far in advance of those known today.

We consider Cosmological Economics to be a scientific study with deep historical roots, yet situated at the cutting edge of such fields as physics, philosophy, psychology, cosmology and Unified Field Theory. It is a subject which brings together the mechanistic elements of modern physics with the biological, psychological and consciousness principles normally excluded in the physical and cosmological theories of the modern scientific establishment.

This unification establishes a system of order and interconnectedness between disconnected universal phenomena, something common in ancient scientific and philosophical traditions, but lost in the mechanistic materialism of today. It brings principles of order and causation into a system considered by the mainstream to be totally random or chaotic.

The activities of ICE are focused upon promoting and inspiring research that provides evidence to support these theories and to bring them to a wider public appreciation. This is done through the development of models and technology based upon these principles which establish order where others see only randomness. If one can produce a scientific or mathematical explanation that provides predictions which prove to be accurate, and which defines the ordering process behind a complex system that was previously considered to be random, such as Chaos Theory and non-linear dynamics have done within natural science, then these theories can be demonstrated, if not at least to be true, then at worst to be highly useful approximations of some even deeper theory.

Since professional market analysts are generally not scientists, they are far more interested in practical usefulness than ultimate theoretical proof. The fact is that over 150 years the financial and economic principles of technical analysis, cycle theory, market geometry and Gann analysis have produced the best market models and most successful financial forecasters and traders of any tradition out there.

Without considering what this means for scientific and cosmological theory, from a practical standpoint for investors and traders, these techniques provide the most advanced and valuable tools for professionals engaged in navigating the financial markets. It is our long term goal and mission to develop and elaborate the scientific principles behind these theories, as well as provide the best resources, tools and technologies to apply this information for use in the real world.

We are also in the process of transferring our primary catalog into digital mediums which will be more easily accessible electronically through the Internet, and expect to soon be able to provide most of our catalog as downloadable PDF books at significantly reduced prices or as downloadable or DVD based collections.  We are also working to create a searchable digital library to preserve this important wisdom for future generations, and to assist researchers and scholars in more easily discovering resources that otherwise may have remained unknown.
