The scientific basis of this system of cosmology is deeply ingrained into the annals of civilization with mythologies, symbols, patterns, and scientific research, like astronomical observation that is backed up by thousands of years of historical record and documentation across numerous traditions. Most people are unaware that all of our modern "scientific" traditions are nothing but reduced subjects of focus of what were much wider ranging and more comprehensive systems of scientific representation than what we know to be science today.

Astronomy evolved out of the field of Astrology, taking with it the the mechanical elements of planetary motion, while leaving behind the meaning and correlation that this motion may have with humanity living on Earth. Chemistry evolved out of the much wider and more cosmological field of Alchemy, the mysteries and accomplishments of which have not be reproduced by modern science. Psychology is really a fraction of the greater mind sciences that exist in the Eastern Traditions of Buddhism and Vedanta or within the Western Tradition as found in applied Magic and Mysticism.

Newton, Kepler, Galileo, Copernicus and all the great minds that envisioned the science of today were steeped and trained in, if not masters of, the more esoteric sciences of Pythagoreanism, Alchemy, Astrology and the like. The intellectual foundation of the Ancient and Medieval worlds and the original basis of the first university systems was the Pythagorean Quadrivium, Music, Arithmetic, Geometry and Astronomy. It is only within the last hundred years that the eyes of science have closed to exploration of the mysteries beyond materialism, and that their minds have all but shut to any ideas that challenge or threatened the socialized interpretation of reality.

Gann’s Law of Vibration has proven to be the precursor to new technologies and worldviews that were far ahead of his time. Current research into superstring theory, chaos theory, vortex physics, solar field theory, galactic structure, and quantum mechanics have confirmed many of the insights first applied by Gann.

These theories provide The Key to a missing scientific component of universal force, order and causation, with a direct correspondence in nature, ultimately leading to a vision of a universal system that extends beyond the current theories of cosmology as defined by the scientific establishment.

In the world view of Idealism, or the Law of Vibration, there is what is known as an “emanational cosmology”. From the initial state of the unmanifest pure field, the first thing that exists is pure vibration, such as is posited in String Theory. What is vibrating is pure energy, though this energy may be of a very subtle, even unmanifest form. In this pure form, this energy is like pure number, or a Gann often quotes Faraday saying:  “There is nothing in the Universe but mathematical points of force”.

Just as spacetime is the primary component of all physical reality, in the markets, Price/Time similarly defines the container for the reality of all market action, so that Price/Time and Space/Time are actually the same, since the exact same mathematical laws control all energetic formations within both realms. And since space/time is multidimensional, likewise must pricetime be similarly multidimensional, since the laws of the universe must remain constant across all fields.

The multidimensionality of market space is a concept that was first presented by Dr. Jerome Baumring in his interpretation of Gann’s theory of the Law of Vibration.

Time is indeed a most fundamental element of the Law of Vibration. While discussing this critical subject of time, there is another similarly interesting perspective that this science forces, the consideration of which is the cyclical nature of time.

This is a different hierarchical positionality of consideration than the prior theories of the multidimensionality and simultaneity of time. For this perspective deals not with hyper-dimensional abstractions beyond the perception of most humans, but instead relates to the fundamental structure of the common sense of time experienced every day by every human and by society in general.

While many people immediately jump to the conclusion that the correlation between astronomical and social cycles must imply some kind of belief in planetary influence or financial astrology, this is not necessarily the case. In fact, we consider the subject of financial astrology to be a secondary phenomenon compared to the cosmological order we are looking at.

We know advanced Baumring students who are able to forecast sequences of exact price/time turning points with amazing accuracy without the slightest consideration of any form of planetary or astronomical phenomena. We also know many professional financial astrologers who are able to make superb forecasts as well. The point being that the planets are not necessarily required as causative influences to determine financial market action.
