Market History

The stock and commodity markets have a history stretching over millennia, from the Bible to the present day, furnishing data on sun spots, planetary changes, weather cycles, volcanoes, earthquakes, solar variances, and other influences on financial markets. Gann charted Wheat back to 65 BC and Baumring took this back to 1200 BC.

Foreign Language

There are many important non English Language esoteric and scientific works which we have in our archives but have not, as yet, been translated into English. Some important books in this section have already been translated by our Translation Society, and we intend to translate others in the future.

Theosophy

Theosophy, a school of esoteric thought developed my Helena Blavatsky in the late 1800’s presented a revival of many lost esoteric traditions. Many of Gann’s contemporaries were closely involved with Theosophy, and it influenced the Anthroposophy of Rudolf Steiner, the Arcane School and work of Alice Bailey and the teacher Krishnamurti.

Baumring Science List

In the 1980’s Dr. Jerome Baumring, created an advanced course on the scientific cosmological system behind Gann’s Law of Vibration, including over 100 important works. These ranged from core works that Gann himself studied relating to Natural Science and Philosophy, to valuable works in alternative or lesser known scientific traditions.

4th Dimension

Much science from the 1800’s postulated a 4th Dimension, often considered to represent Time, in relationship to 3-Dimensional space. Gann himself posited the idea of space itself being a 4th dimension in the markets, which requires the Gann theorist to become familiar with complex and often metaphysical theories of extended dimensionality.

Fractal Geometry

A branch of Chaos Theory, fractals are beautiful self-similar patterns mathematically generated from non-linear equations. Fractals apply directly to financial market phenomena, and time-periodic market charts show that similar patterns permeate each time level. Gann and Baumring saw common patterns foreshadowing coming events within consistent structure.

Vibrational Radiesthesia

There is a long tradition of the use of instruments to read subtle energy forces in nature, through the use of subtle measuring devices like dowsing rods and pendulums. The Jesuits were famous for finding water sources, showing advanced knowledge of using these techniques. The scientific name for this practice is Vibrational Radiesthesia.

Eric Penicka

The solution to Gann's Law of Vibration from the 1909 Ticker Interview. Penicka analyzes Gann’s exact words correlating them with the cutting edge science of Gann’s day to develop a system which identifies the “mathematical points of force” behind all market action. The Periodic Table of Elements determines a system of order based upon atomic structure which generates a master number set for each market defining its structure in price and time.

Sean Erikson

Johannes Sundberg

The prerequisite for participation in this Forum is ownership of at least the Gann 1 Course Manual & Gann 1 Lecture Notes, which gives entry to the Gann 1 section of the Baumring Forums. Original Baumring students from the 80’s and 90’s are also welcome to join this Forum to communicate with each other and newer students of Baumring’s work..

Baumring’s initial set of Gann 1 materials provides the first level of Baumring’s course series, giving a first orientation to Baumring's theories & teachings. It lays out the groundwork of the Seminar Series, providing an overview of Baumring’s general interpretation of Gann Theory and introducing the key topics of the study. This first Gann 1 section is considered the most important, because it presents an overview of the contents of the entire series, giving a roadmap of the study and setting the student’s perspective onto the right orientation.

The Baumring Forums will continue to be built out in time to include a different Private Forum for each of the 9 Levels of the Series, Gann 1-9, providing a center for resources, references, research, discussion, market analysis and more on each level as the student progress through the series.
