Initial Study Program for
The Baumring Forecasting Methodologies As Taught at The Investment Centre
Introduction
People often ask what the best approach to understanding Gann would entail, where to start. The following Notebooks comprise the reading texts for each of the individual seminars on Gann’s forecasting methods. These Course Notebooks are the most fundamental reading for students wanting to understand Gann and are comprised of excerpts from numerous books presenting foundational concepts which must be understood and integrated into a complete system of knowledge allowing one to forecast the markets. These notebooks along with the Lecture Notes will give the dedicated student the most direct and broad understanding of the financial markets and Universal Cosmology of any material available to the world.
It is recommended that the student first read through the Notebook of one Seminar, and then turn to the Lecture Notes for that seminar to understand how Dr. Baumring used and integrated the principles presented in the Notebooks. Students will find in the Lecture Notes explanations of principles and applications which will present to them a different way of seeing the markets. These courses are meant to shift the vision of the student to the paradigm used by Gann, the only paradigm which will allow one to forecast the markets. We strongly recommend the study of this course material accompanied simultaneously by the reading listed below, as well as with a continuous re-reading of Gann’s writings, for without this material, the student knows not what to look for in the accompanying texts. A continuous focus on these 3 areas, the Baumring Courses, Gann’s writings, and the background reading listed below will guarantee the dedicated student the quickest path towards understanding.
Investment Centre Seminars
First: Read the complete set of Lecture Notes to obtain an overview of the concepts, approaches and principles which will be studied. (Gann 1-9)
Second: Read through each of the Lecture Notebooks and corresponding Lecture Notes while working through all three reading lists and working on wheat and soybean charts for analysis, application and verification.

Initial Supplementary Reading Lists
The following reading lists comprise the initial background readings in science, metaphysics, cosmology and the markets necessary for the serious Gann student. These books present the foundations for market cosmology, and without these, at least, there is no hope of understanding Gann’s forecasting methods or Dr. Baumring’s teachings. This selection is meant to present a broad outline of the subjects which are the most important and will most immediately and directly orientate the student to the correct paradigm of market forecasting, natural law, universal order and causation.

- Create or obtain 4 & 5 wave theoretical wave mechanic charts and study the patterns in order to understand the mechanics of composite wave formation, and pattern recognition. Please refer to The Application of Wave Mechanics to Financial Market Forecasting.
